A person reads every one.
There are seven of us, and we are not open for orders yet — but the inbox is very much on. No chatbot, no ticket number and no hold music: write to us and one of us will write back, usually within a working day.

FAQ
The things people ask most.
When do you open?
Soon — the first run is on the knitting machines and the boxes are printed. We have not fixed a public date because we would rather move it forward than break it. Write to us and we will tell you where the production run has actually got to.
Can I order anything now?
Not yet. Everything on the site is the finished first range shown in preview, with the prices it will launch at, so you can plan. If you want a piece held back for you when we open, or you have a question about fit, write to us and we will sort it out by email.
Do the grip socks come up true to size?
Yes. Take your usual shoe size — the arch band gives about half a size of stretch either way. The Seamless Toe Sock is the one exception: if you are on the line between two sizes, take the larger, because the toes need room to spread.
Will the grip come off in the wash?
Not if you wash at 30° and keep them out of the tumble dryer. Our silicone is printed rather than bonded, which makes it flex beautifully and dislike heat. Line-dried, a pair holds its grip for well over a hundred washes.
Can I return socks?
From launch, yes — within thirty days, as long as the sole seal on the packaging is unbroken. Once that is opened we cannot resell them, so we cannot take them back: hygiene rather than fussiness. Clothing can be returned worn-and-tried, unwashed, within the same thirty days.
Are the leggings opaque?
The Form Knit is 290gsm, which is heavy for a legging, and it was tested by bending eleven people over in front of a window before we signed it off. It stays opaque in every colour including Bone.
Do you offer a teacher discount?
Thirty percent off everything, for as long as you teach. Email hello@pforme.co.uk with a photograph of a current qualification or a studio timetable with your name on it — do it before we open and the account will be waiting for you on the first day.
Where is everything made?
Designed in London. Socks and seamless knits are made in a family mill outside Porto; the woven and cut-and-sew pieces are made in northern Portugal, forty minutes away. We visit both twice a year.

Returns, at launch
Thirty days from the day your order arrives. Clothing can be tried and returned unwashed with tags on; socks can be returned unopened, with the sole seal intact.
UK returns are free — the label is printed on the back of the card in your box, or we will email you another. International returns are at your own cost, and we refund the moment the parcel is scanned rather than when it reaches us.
Exchanges are simplest by email: tell us the size you want and we will hold it for you while your return is in transit.
